Use this page to report a broken source, incorrect compatibility data, a copyright issue, or to suggest a resource. We do not have a support phone number or a live chat.

Before writing: if a download button is disabled or a page says "Source unavailable," we already know. You do not need to report it. If a resource links to the wrong page or has incorrect version data, that is worth reporting.
We only use this to reply. It is not stored on the server after the reply is sent.

What to include

  • Broken source: the resource URL and what happens when you click download.
  • Incorrect data: the resource URL, the field that is wrong, and a link to the correct source.
  • Copyright: the resource URL, your relationship to the work, and a link to the original. See Copyright / DMCA for the formal process.

Response times

We aim to respond to copyright reports within 5 business days. Other reports are handled in the order received. There is no guaranteed response time for suggestions.
