Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data MinecraftDrop collects, how it is used, and what you can do about it. It applies to minecraftdrop.com and its subpages.

What we collect

  • Server logs — IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, timestamp, and HTTP status code. These are standard web server logs used for security and debugging. We do not use them to build user profiles.
  • Analytics — if analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-respecting service that does not use cookies for tracking. Analytics data is aggregated, not linked to individual users.
  • Contact form submissions — the name, email, and message you submit through the contact form. We use this only to reply to you. We do not sell or share it.

What we do not collect

  • We do not require an account to use the site.
  • We do not use advertising cookies.
  • We do not track you across other websites.
  • We do not collect payment information — there is nothing to buy on this site.
  • We do not collect data from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use the contact form.

Cookies

MinecraftDrop does not set cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. If we add an analytics service that requires a cookie, we will update this page and provide a way to opt out.

Third-party links

Resource pages link to CurseForge, Modrinth, and creator websites. Once you leave MinecraftDrop, the privacy policy of the destination site applies. We do not control and are not responsible for how those sites handle your data.

Your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK, California, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, you have the right to request access to the data we hold about you, to request correction, and to request deletion. To exercise these rights, use the contact page.

We retain contact form submissions for as long as needed to handle the request and for a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping. Server logs are retained for 90 days.

Security

We use HTTPS for all pages. Contact form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. We do not store payment information. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of the page will be updated. Material changes will be announced on the homepage.
